Jeet Academy provides digital educational content (videos, PDFs, tools, calculators) with instant access upon purchase. Because of this, our refund policy is strictly limited.
1. No Refunds for Digital Products
- Once a course is purchased, refunds are generally not permitted.
- Digital content is immediately accessible and cannot be revoked after delivery.
2. Exceptions (Special Cases Only)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Payment was deducted but access was not provided.
- Technical errors preventing access to purchased content.
- Duplicate payments.
3. Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
- Disliking the course content.
- Complaints such as “I am not earning” or similar.
- Expectations differing from reality.
- Wrong purchase decisions.
- Personal reasons.
4. Processing Time
- Valid refund requests will be processed within 7–10 working days.
