FAQ
1. I have paid, but I did not get access. What should I do?
Sometimes payment confirmation can take a few minutes. Please wait 2–5 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If the course still does not appear, email your payment details or screenshot to official@jeetacademy.com.
2. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Go to the login page and click on “Forgot Password”. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions in the reset email. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
3. The video is not playing or loading slowly. What can I do?
Please check your internet connection first. Try refreshing the page, closing other tabs, or switching to Google Chrome. You can also clear your browser cache or try using another device. If the problem continues, contact us with details (device, browser, screenshot).
4. Can I share my account or course content with others?
No. Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login or course content is not allowed and may result in suspension of your access without refund. Each learner must have their own account.
5. How long will I have access to the course?
Jeet Academy currently follows a one-time payment, lifetime access model. Once you purchase the course, you keep access to the content available at the time of purchase. Future major updates may be free or paid, depending on our policy.
